During pregnancy, just as a woman needs physical and mental preparation, so does your husband or partner. Because your husband or partner will help you prepare in becoming a mother.
The decision to have a child must be taken together.
The to-be father also needs health check-up. He should eat healthy foods. Refraining from alcohol and smoking and reducing mental stress are important. If you do smoke, then do not do it near the to-be mother as this is harmful to both mother and baby.
If you are exposed to chemicals and toxic substances at work, then after coming home, you have to change all your clothing and arrange them to be washed separately.
