- Delivery time inside Dhaka city (Within 3 working days) and outside Dhaka city (Within 7 working days)
- Minimum order value should be Tk. 500
- After placing the order, a concerned person from Incepta will communicate with the customer and he will confirm the order for processing.
- In case of cancelling the order, customers are requested to communicate with the same Incepta person who confirmed that order.
- The customer may cancel the order if the products are not received within the mentioned time frame. Once the ordered product is received can not be returned.
- Depending on availability, location and other issues, Incepta has the right to modify or cancel the order.
